"RUN AWAY" - campaign against addiction-related illnesses

The Istrian Region in 2003 launched a big promotion action- "Run Away"  - campaign against addiction-related illnesses. Public opinion polls showed that the citizens of the Istrian Region maintain that drug addiction problem is even more significant than the problem of unemployment, so they put it in the first place on their priority list. For this reason, the Government of the Istrian Region tripled the budget means for 2003 intended for the fight against drug addiction. Along with the existing programmes also receiving greater amounts of financial help, they also started the campaign "Run Away".
